Merrit 7 - Workspeed New User Form

For maintenance requests, we ask that all tenants use Workspeed, our online maintenance system. https://secure.workspeed.com. This system allows you to submit, track, and follow up on any maintenance issues you may have during normal business hours. These requests are immediately dispatched to an engineer as well as the property manager. This is also the means for Merritt 7 to quickly broadcast building-related announcements and for informing all tenants of upcoming building events, etc. User limit 8.
