Maintenance Requests
For maintenance requests, we ask that all tenants use Angus MRI, our online work order system. If you need to be setup as a user please email jrowe@merritt7.com with your name and email and a login email with be sent to you to complete setup of your account.
This system allows you to submit, track, and follow up on any maintenance issues you may have during normal business hours. These requests are immediately dispatched to an engineer as well as the property manager. This is also the means for Merritt 7 to quickly broadcast building-related announcements and for informing all tenants of upcoming building events, etc.
