Maintenance Requests
For maintenance requests, we ask that all tenants use Angus, our online work order system. If you need to be setup as a user please email Linda Peeler at Linda.Peeler@cushwake.com.
This system allows you to submit, track, and follow up on any maintenance issues you may have during normal business hours. These requests are immediately dispatched to an engineer as well as the property manager. This is also the means for Merritt 7 to quickly broadcast building-related announcements and for informing all tenants of upcoming building events, etc.
